Ordering & Products

What products do you sell?
We offer printed baby shower games, printed bridal shower games, printed invitations and books for baby as well as printed chocolate labels. We are adding new items to our store soon! Message us with any requests. 

Are your games and invitations printed or digital downloads?
All products are professionally printed and shipped to you. 

Where are you located?
We are an Australian business located in Sydney and currently ship within Australia only.

Do you do the editing?
Printed Games - There are no changes to wording. All games are printed as shown. 

Printed Invitations - You provide the wording and we will edit your details onto the invitation. Your order does not include a proof. By sending your details, you are confirming you have spell-checked and typed everything correctly, we will not spell check for you. If you would like to see a proof, you can add it on separately here: Proof Fee

Customisation

Can I personalise the games or invitations?
No customisations on the graphics or designs. Wording only is edited on the invitations. Games are sold as shown (no customisations to wording). 

Paper & Print Quality

What paper do you print on?
Our invitations and games are printed on high-quality thick cardstock designed for a premium feel. Invitations are printed on a matte white 350gsm cardstock and games are on smooth white 200gsm cardstock. 

Are the colours on the print exactly the same as on screen?
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

Processing, Shipping & Delivery

How long does printing and shipping take?
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to print your order.

All items are sent with Australia Post from Sydney. 
Regular - 3-5 business days
Express - 1-3 business days

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia only and ship orders from Sydney using Australia Post.  

How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping which is $10 for Regular Post and $15 for Express Post. We also offer free shipping for orders over $150.

Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders include Australia Post tracking information.

Ordering Help

Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once printing has started. If you need to make changes after printing has commenced then you will need to pay a $50 reprint fee to have your order reprinted. You can contact us on the contact page or email littlesoireestudio@gmail.com.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately so we can update it before dispatch.

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of printed items, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or there is a printing error.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 2 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

Baby & Bridal Shower Games

How many game cards should I order?
Most hosts order one card per guest, but couples can also share a card.

Do I need pens or markers for the games?
Yes, guests will need a pen or pencil to complete the games.

What size are the games?
The games are A5 size (which is half of an A4 sheet). 

Printed Invitations

Does my order include envelopes?
Yes your invitation order includes white envelopes. 

Do you edit the wording?
Yes, we edit your wording onto the design. Please type your wording in the box on the listing page. Please check the spelling and details carefully as no proof is provided so your invitation will be printed with the exact wording you provide us with. A proof fee can be purchased here if you would like to see one before printing: Proof Fee

What size are the invitations?
The invitations are 5x7". 

Can I customise the design?
No sorry there are no customisations to the designs or graphics.
