We want you to love your order. Please read our policy below before purchasing.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, our products are not eligible for refunds. Please reach out to me directly via our contact page or at littlesoireestudio@gmail.com if you have any questions before purchasing. All of our items are printed to order, so please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for minor colour variations due to screen differences or printing variations.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

We are unable to make changes once we have started working on your order.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item or quantity
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post.

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged parcels caused by the shipping provider. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
